Frustrated

35 weeks pregnant. Ive had headaches and nausea on and off the past several days. Havent checked bp at home but in office its always perfect and was perfect when i went last week. But i called my doctor today to let them know about the headaches and nausea around 9 am. Didnt get a call back. Called again at 220 pm and was told the doctor didnt respond to the message but should between patients and i would get a call back when he did. Its now 515 and never received a call and the office is now closed. No idea what to watch for or when to be concerned and get looked at or what i can do between now and my appointment next week. I LOVE my doctor and ive been going to him since i was a kid. But i am feeling so frustrated.
