I need tips to quit vaping

I feel like it’s impossible to quit. I’ll go a couple hours and be okay but as soon as I get stressed out, or especially when I wake up, all I can think is “I NEED to smoke!!!”. I’m 14 weeks pregnant and feel so ashamed of myself but I feel helpless.

Please don’t comment if it’s negative/degrading .. I’m having a hard enough time as it is.
