Severe stomach pain after eating disorder recovery

I'm currently in recovery from bulimia, I basically did it on and off through my teens and it got bad for 2 years a year ago before i found out i was pregnant. Of course i did not act on it when i was pregnant and it was difficult and i ended up having to get my gallbladder removed in my second trimester which caused stomach problems. Now that i've had my son and my pregnancy constipation is gone, the stomach issues i've had are i'm assuming from the gallbladder being gone, but I've had reflux so bad it makes me puke, and afterwards my stomach is in excruciating pain that radiates through my abdomen and back and I'm so afraid I caused stomach damaged with the bulimia. Has anyone gone through something similar? I'm sure I should see the doctor but I'm nervous to talk about it and actually see if i've caused damage. Sorry this is long but i just got over being sick and am having the awful stomach pains and wanted advice.
