Nausea help!

What can I do for extreme nausea? I’m having trouble eating literally anything at all and can hardly stand water which it’s my first time having that happen during pregnancy… it’s the 17th and my doctor won’t see me or prescribe anything till the 28th…what can I do? I’m broke so I can’t afford like candies with ginger or actual ginger, and i don’t know what I’m doing because with my first baby I had no symptoms and my second it wasn’t this bad at all . Kinda feel like I’m dying here please help! (I’m 8 weeks and it’s this bad already)
