Lightning everywhere down there

TMI but I keep feeling lightning crotch and in my butt too. Is this happening to anyone else? Only 34 weeks and high risk for multiple reasons including high chance of preterm labor due to having it with my first. My last ultrasound she was very low to the point they couldnt even see all of her face, just chin, lips and part of her nose. I've been having irregular contractions but real contractions not just Braxton Hicks, could this feeling and her being so low mean labor could be near?
