Anyone here wait till birth to know the gender? Pros and cons?

Anyone here wait to find out their baby’s gender at birth? If so, what were the pros and cons to that? Any regrets? How did you manage to wait? I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd baby. I already have one of each and I’m considering maybe waiting until birth to know what the “tie breaker” will be, I just don’t know if I can wait that long😅 I’m also scared my doctor would accidentally say something to spoil it because the place I go I see a different doctor almost every visit. My oldest is a boy and my youngest is a girl, I don’t have anything left of my sons baby stuff but my daughter is only 6 months old so I still have literally ALL of her baby stuff. Pink car seat, pink bouncer, pink everything so If it’s a girl I would be set but I would still need to buy gender neutral things in case it were a boy.. I’m also worried I won’t feel a connection with the baby throughout the pregnancy because I’d feel like they were a stranger if that makes sense ? With my other 2 babies I didn’t really feel a “bond” with them in my stomach until I knew what they were and what they’re name was. Did anyone else struggle with that? I really would like to wait because I feel like it would be worth it but idk. Any advice?
