Is anyone harvesting colostrum?

I have started hand pumping colostrum and freezing it so I have plenty in the hospital. I struggled a lot trying to get colostrum with my first so I wanted to be prepared! Is anyone else doing this?

I’ve been hand expressing since 32 weeks. I’m gonna start using my manual pump later this week. So far I have like 40mls stored. I didn’t get any saved prior to my first so it’s nice knowing I have a little back up this time.

I want to do this too, but I must be doing something wrong. Im 36+6 and nothing is leaking and hand expression isn't having any results.

I never did with my other kids but really wanted to with this one but im having a hard time with my breast feeling super sensitive and im not actually leaking anything. I can get a few drops from hand expressing but i have stopped after a few minutes each time so far
