Help!

I’m really hoping that someone could possibly help before I freak out, I noticed a few weeks back. I started having a sharp pain on my right side of my lower stomach. Every time I walked or stood up it just seemed to hurt a lot. I often times found myself in a crouched position to alleviate the pain some people suggested that it was gas or that I was constipated a few weeks I felt better and it wasn’t as bad, but I have now noticed that I am having the exact same pain during sexual intercourse, at first her when I was on top and I could handle missionary, but now I can’t handle missionary either. Hoping somebody has had something similar or any suggestions on what to do. Thank you!!!
