Me just venting about my bf and sister’s chest

So I just discovered my bf has minor pectus carinatum. I’ve seen him without his shirt many times before and I do notice that his chest isn’t completely normal but I always thought that he would tell me if it’s something serious. Well it isn’t serious but my curiosity got the best of me and I asked him anyways why his chest was kinda protruding out. He told me what it was and that he wasn’t in any pain because of it, it just affects the way he looks. My sister has pectus excavatum (basically the opposite) or had, Idk. She had a sunken chest and breathing problems as a baby but shows no symptoms of it now. I hope to god my child doesn’t get what my sister had, my poor parents, she is also a rainbow baby which probably didn’t help their anxiety. I do question if our child will get anything of the sorts since he has pectus carinatum and my sister has pectus excavatum.
