Weight loss and Pregnancy

Hi guys! long story short. I’m considered overweight/obese and i just found out i’m pregnant. I’m 5’5” and 178 pounds. I want to lose weight and still have a healthy pregnancy.

What is the best way? I have cut out sodas, junk food, fast food and we walk about a mile everyday if it’s nice but I’d love to workout HITT/Spin/Weight lifting but i haven’t don’t that since around October of last year.
