When should I test?

I have a dollar store test and FR. I'm four days before my predicted period. I've been hella emotional. Nauseous especially with smells, which didn't bother me before. And cramping. My normal is I don't cramp till the day before my period or on the day of. I had a slight cramp 6-7 Dpo. And then on and off cramping today. However I am gassy like real bad. I do feel very sick this morning tho. I would like to eat but Im legit Fighting to not blow chunks lol
