Uti again after 5 weeks

Hi everyone,

5 weeks ago I had a bad uti and I received the one day treatment and healed. 5 weeks later, two days ago I felt tingle and uti coming so I took f-mannose & cranberry pills (1000 mg) and I took 8 of those that night cuz I heard it flushes uti. Right after couple of hours, my uti is gone. No pain while peeing, no blood NOTHING. But I want to completely flush it out to be sure. I weren’t to pharmacy and the lady said she can’t give me antibiotics because she gave me last time and said it’s too recent and that I should try a diff pharmacy or fam doctor and give blood work. This year I’ve only had two UTIs idk how that’s complicated.

My question is, if I feel no symptoms right now, should I continue tor amend-mannose pills or still go to a diff doc and get antibiotic?
