Should I do lip fillers bc it’s cheaper or wait a few years to do my teeth?

My lips are asymmetrical. I want my teeth straightened out and had braces already. I’ve researched the cost on veneers and it’s about $10k. Lip fillers are only a few hundred but I think less than $1k. I know they have to file your teeth down but I don’t want that. I want my teeth natural but idk what the best option is. Before braces my smile was even, just not my teeth. After braces i got TMJ. I do wear my retainers but my wisdom teeth also grew in and made my teeth shift. I got them removed. My teeth now aren’t as straight and my smile goes sideways a little. I also think I have a bit of an overbite causing my bottom lip to be pushed out more. I naturally have a heavier bottom lip. I’d like to even that out. Also my smile line is deeper one my left then the right.
