Pregnancy bleeding
I started to have cramp and bleeding when I wipe after peed but have to wait until my OB appointment on Monday. Can I take Tylenol to stop cramping? I'm currently 6 weeks now, had ultrasound 2 days ago but she said she didn't see any bleeding inside the sac.
