Infertility

Hi all, so 7 years ago after I had my son via c-section I have not been able to fall pregnant once and my cycles have been extremely long they are 10 days long the first 5 days are very heavy and then I’ll bleed lightly for an additional 5.

I had a hysteroscopy a little over a month ago they removed a polyp, I have had a HSG they said my tubes are good and open, they said I ovulate fine as they tracked my cycle with blood work and ultrasound I’m so genuinely confused what else can I do too get answers.
