UTI ?

For the last few days I’ve been feeling discomfort after peeing it’s a mild stinging sensation but after peeing the pain lingers I feel the type of pain as if my bladder was full , I could go pee more but not much comes out , I feel more the discomfort while sitting down I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had a uti does this sound like it ? I am also sexually active and I don’t have any itchiness or smell nor discharge
