Hello, I had unprotected sex on Monday . Tuesday felt a little sore so I used a honey pot boric acid . Throughout the day felt like it was burning some what however by the end of the day I washed up and the burning went away . When I woke up this am my vagina looked really red . Clit looked somewhat swollen and minor itchiness below clit . Now it’s been a few hours and my vagina is left swollen and inflamed . There’s the discharge and the itchiness I would say is at a 4 out of ten . Little concerned I might have an sti . But not sure if it’s way too early ? Could I possibly have a yeast infection ? I get them quite a bit however my vagaina is ridiculously swollen . I’ve only had a yeast infection w my lady parts swollen like this years ago , but it had already been days of dealing with it by the time it got that bad along with discharge. So kinda unusual for it to be so inflamed this early without any discharge. I ordered a yeast infection pill as well used over the counter cream so hoping the swelling goes down soon . Is this too soon for this to be a sti ? Or could the honey pot boric acid be doing this?
