Questions to ask IVF consultant

I'm 29 and from the UK and have been going through Fertility treatment for a year and a half after being with my partner for 8 years and not being able to get pregnant due to being diagnosed with polycystic ovaries. I've been put through for IVF on the NHS and was hoping to get some advice on questions to ask my consultant in my meeting next week.
