Pink eye?

I was diagnosed with bacterial pink eye last Thursday and the next day my 10 month old son started having green discharge from one eye and it was matted shut when he woke up the next morning. I started treating him with my eye drops (I had cleared it with the doctor when I was at urgent care). We are now both done with eye drops, but his eye never fully stopped producing discharge. Our pediatrican does think he has a clogged tear duct since birth and it’s the same eye. His eye isn’t red or pink and hasn’t been since 2 days after starting eye drops. Should I call his pediatrician for an appointment?
