Can kids temp rise from getting too hot?

My daughter is 4. She was running around playing with her brother like normal but when she laid on me to cuddle she felt warm to me so I took her temp and it was 100. I know that’s not technically a fever but our youngest gets febrile seizures so now it freaks me out when anyone has a fever.

Can their temp rise from getting warm running around playing? Shes acting completely normal and eating normal and everything.
