What age did your babies eyes change?

My girl is 8 months and still has blue eyes although they look a lot lighter than from when she was first born. I know it can take up to a year or maybe even longer before they change. But my sons changed around 6 to 7 months. Hers shows no signs of any other color coming through. I’m just surprised if she has blue eyes. I have brown and my hubby has green. My son has hazel lol

Blue is a recessive gene. You could be a blue carrier and if dad has green, he already has recessive genes.

my pediatrician told me that by 6-8 months babies eyes will be the “color” they’re going be but the hue/tone can change up until they’re 2.

They might stay blue my girl is almost 7m her eyes were blue grey for the longest they are now hazel me and dad and all her siblings have brown eyes

My daughter had blue eyes at birth, then by about 6-8 months they got like light gray. Then at 18 months hazel. Shes 10 now and still hazel.
