So confused

Tw Tw tw.tw tw tw tw tw in may i was pregnant highest know hcg was 112 dropped to 71 over night few days later passed tissue/clots not normal for me but with my numbers dropping and the bleeding i assumed all was good my dr said to retest in a month to confirm well technically may 16th is cycle day 1 and i believe i ovulated may 31st i had soo much ewcm again weird for me and im 14 dpo either im not done recovering or im pregnant again my dr seems to think based on those events when they happened its possible im pregnant i get blood done today and tomorrow but what do yall think
