Can I split my 400mg progesterone dose into 2 separate doses?

Anyone else take 400mg (200mg oral capsules x2) due to a low progesterone level? I’m almost 12 weeks and have been taking them since 5 weeks so about 2 months now. My progesterone was only 5 when I started taking them. I HATE the way I feel after taking it. Within an hour or 2 of taking it I’m just dizzy, having hot flashes, fatigue, nausea, I really do not like the side effects. It’s so bad that I just have to lay down until the feeling goes away but I have 2 small children to take care of so I can’t always just lay down when I want. Would I be able to just take one 200mg capsule in the morning and the other 200mg capsule at night? I feel like the side effects wouldn’t be so intense if I wasn’t having to take both at the same time. I have to take it until I’m 14 weeks so 2.5 more weeks which isn’t long but I really don’t think I can deal with these intense side effects that much longer😩
