i just found out i’m pregnant but i feel like my period is coming on!

hey girls! So earlier in this cycle at around seven DPO I really felt like this was my month. At 10 DPO I had cramps, nausea, etc. I never have PMS symptoms leading up to my period so I thought that I was for sure going to be pregnant. my period was due today. about yesterday, I started getting my normal signs of my period. This is kind of gross, but I can usually smell it in my vagina that I’m about to start my period. slight metallic smell along with my discharge kind of going away. So I was sad, but I prepared to get my period. however when I didn’t get it today, I decided to test. It was positive! I’m just so confused because I have this metallic smell going on. One thing is my nipples are sore, which doesn’t happen to me with my period. Have any of you had a slight metallic smell that seems like it’s your period in early pregnancy?

EDIT; i also want to mention my strange tests. I tested once at seven DPO, which I know it’s too early, but I had a faint line which could have been an indent. Then I tested again at nine DPO again another faint line on a different tesT. I tested at 10 DPO and negative however it was a cheap brand not first response early result. Today I use first response early result and clear positive.
