Started a new diet, having odd symptoms

Hello. So I started a new diet three days ago (low cal. Nothing intense) and I woke up last night noticing I smelt like vomit. I didn’t throw up nor have I in a while. I changed twice. I even made my blanket smell like vomit. My body smells like vomit 🤢 idk why!! The last two months I’ve been feeling like I’m getting sick (a cold) and at night time for the longest I can remember I get nauseous and cold sweats. Any idea why all of a sudden I’d smell like vomit? I’ve researched literally all morning and have no leads. Does dieting change your body odor? Maybe detoxing? Idkkkk
