Please give some advice?

I had sex on the 12th last week, this Monday just gone and up to now I’ve been having twinges in my lower back and lower abdominal pain in my pelvic area. I have pcos so it could just be a cyst on one of my ovaries. I haven’t had a cycle to my knowledge on over a year. That was the last time I bled. But around having sex (raw) I took my pill at different random times of an evening due to working and just being busy and forgetful.

Should I consider pregnancy? I could’ve ovulated and got pregnant and wouldn’t have the slightest idea as I usually don’t have periods or ovulate. So idk. Could taking the pill a few hours apart each night alter my cycle and cause a spontaneous ovulation?
