4 year old third set of molars?
My 4 year old made a comment to me today about his gums. Is it possible he’s getting another set of molars already? I read the third set is not usually supposed to come through until closer to 6 or older. It also sort of feels like a tooth under the gums. On the opposite side as well but not the top.
We’ll reach out to our dentist tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone had any advice? TIA
Edit: I guess technically they would be considered the “first molars” of the permanent teeth.
