How do you parent better

I have been hearing lately slamming doors and shutting doors loudly and I can do whatever I want and a general attitude where the children don't want to do chores they don't want to help mom they don't want to listen to the rules don't want to clean up after themselves

How do you get your children to have great manners appreciate you, respect you want to work as a team see how important it is to maintain a clean house and bedroom know it's important how you treat people how you talk to them. I see some children have excellent manners like they went to a school that taught them how to act how to not run jump how to use indoor voice how to treat adults with respect how to say yes ma'am, thank you, please how the children ask there mom mother can I help you with anything help around the house help carry groceries. How do children turn out into respectable people good character integrity
