TTC after cone biopsy

I was told after my last PAP smear that I had a high grade intraepithelial lesion and would need a colposcopy/biopsy. The biopsy came back confirming a high grade lesion and now I’m waiting to have a cone biopsy scheduled.

Has anyone had a successful/uncomplicated pregnancy after a cone biopsy? How long did you have to wait to TTC after?

I have 2 beautiful daughters but have felt like I wanted a 3rd since right after my youngest was born. I’m concerned about complications but I’m hopeful that we can continue to grow our family.
