Sharp Breast pain

I was just eating a burrito & drinking my coffee this morning & all of the sudden I get this like sharp pain right here in my left breast,only lasted a couple seconds then came back lasted a few seconds then came back & went away a few more times over the span of like 5-10 minutes but it just did it again when I just burped???

It’s now 2pm and it’s really only doing it when I burp (anxiety burps) & I feel it in my nipple. pain is like a 3/10 ? What tf is wrong with me!???
