Brown discharge: extremely anxious plz help

Hi everyone and happy 4th! I was just wondering if any of yall experienced brown discharge and everything turned out okay?? I’m 15 weeks and haven’t had any kind of spotting this whole

pregnancy. My NIPT testing came back perfect, and baby girls heart rate has been strong this whole time. Yesterday I had some light/dark brown discharge. I went to the ER and got a scan, and she’s okay but I’m still worried about the future. I didn’t have intercourse, so I’m not sure what it could be. Have yall experienced anything similar and everything turned out okay? I’m already super anxious this pregnancy so this isnt helping. I didn’t have this with my son, so this is new to me.
