going through a really rough break up. i don't have a huge circle of friends around me that i see all the time or really have aligning schedules with. i've been drowning myself with work, working 2 jobs often back to back. i havent had a day off since the day we broke up. im trying to distract myself. but at night all i think about is him. what hes doing. who hes dating now. why wasn't i good enough. i unfortunately cannot find a therapist around my work schedule and its been quite the struggle. i just wanna know how to stop thinking of him so i can actually get some sleep.
