Worried.might be pregnant again!

Recently had my baby 5months ago, hes our third child. But ive been feeling very moody and weird and my period is due in a few days. I decided to take a test and i swear i see a faint line on there. My husband and I we want another child cuz we always said 4 was the limit but Im just very worried because its so soon. I had decided to not get birth control yet for personal reasons.Any advice? Has any experienced being pregnant soon after having a baby. Are there usually any health concerns for me and the pregnancy. Thank you.
