WORRIED it isn’t pms

First my nipples got sore wanting to eat a lot I’m peeing alott as well and now I’ve had a headache the last two days and have been extremely exhausted? I’m freaking out because to be honest I don’t recall ever having these symptoms before my period which is due in 4 days now. I’m beyond terrified to take a test but I will obviously if AF Does not show on the expected day. Has anyone experienced these symptoms which turned out to just be pms?? I keep telling myself to stop worrying that it is probably just my period coming but I can’t stop thinking about it😭I’m 22 and never experienced all of these symptoms as pms.
