Booty bump

I’ve had this tiny bump under my right butt cheek for over a month now. I’ve seen 3 different doctors (minute clinic, planned parenthood, and my obgyn office) and none of them were concerned about it being herpes or genital warts. It’s painless and doesn’t itch and I wouldn’t even know it was there if I didn’t touch it/see it. But I just don’t know what it is. It looks like a pimple, looks/feels raised, almost like having a tiny hill on my body if that makes sense lol. doesn’t seem to leak any fluid. I don’t shave or wax the area but I do have eczema (not in that area). I’m also 25 weeks pregnant. My last pap was in November which was normal, negative for stds. Any ideas?? I’m thinking it could be molluscum contagiosum but idk
