Could I be pregnant?

So I was on my period July 5th-10th I had unprotected sex on the 7th, and he did finish in me, I am not of birth control and I did take a plan B two days after it happened. Today (July 14th) I woke up and I was bleeding again but kinda heavy and my blood is almost black looking. My body is never irregular. Could it be because of the plan B? I’ve never had this happen to me.
