Need advice!

So I have PCOS. I was on the depo shot and stop in February. I finally had a period in May for 5-7 days. Then I had another one in June for about the same length of time. So I’m averaging about 28 day cycles. My period is about 8 days late. I’m not sure when or if I ovulated due to the PCOS. I have been going to the restroom a bit more than normal and have been nauseous and absolutely exhausted. I’m not sure if this is all in my head or if I really should take a test or call my doctor. I could really use some advice! Thanks everyone!!
