My mom wants to report this server to corporate

I went out to eat with my mom and she just embarrassed me. My mom put $10 in ones on the table. Our server greeted us and my mom took a dollar away. She said she knows this generation wants things handed to us but back in her day servers had to earn their tips. He lost one for not greeting us with waters. He interrupted my mom and said "Nope!" And walked off. I guess he passed us to a different server and this server kind of ignored us most of the night. I told my mom that being rude to servers isn't gonna get us good service. When I was a server, if someone was gonna taunt me with money I didn't want their tip anymore and wasn't gonna bend over backwards for them. My mom specifically wants to report the server who said nope and walked off and demand he be fired. I told her to let it go because this is just embarrassing. I feel like I'll never be able to set foot in their again
