TRIGGER WARNING(EARLY LOSS)

Did you experience this? I experienced and early loss at 5 weeks and 5l3 days on july 5th. When i went into er my hcg levels were only 32. By the 9th by hcg level were only 23. Ive been having intermittent bleeding and at some point i had sex one time(i wasnt bleeding for 3 days and dr said since i wasnt bleeding i was fine.) I started back up bleeding by the 19th and as of yestersay the 23rd my hcg levels were only a 17. Today i reached out to my dr and he scheduled me for state ultrasound. Im literally only having spotting. Did anyone experience this? Was it an incomplete miscarriage or an ectopic? When i went to er on the 5th they couldnt tell....
