potty training tips

my daughter turns 2 tomorrow and for the last week she's been peeing in her potty with no issues and doesn't even tell me she has to pee she just goes by herself which is great! but this is only if she's naked from the waist down, if i put shorts or panties on her she'll pee in them since she associates it with a diaper i'm assuming. i've tried loose shorts and she still does it. i'm so proud of her for basically potty training herself but i really need to figure out how to have bottoms on her and her still use the potty so any tips or advice would be appreciated!
