Yeast infection help

So I’m not 100% sure but I think I have a yeast infection. I’ve never had one but for the last 2 days I’ve had white discharge and itching inside my vagina. My boyfriend and I have sex without condoms (he pulls out) but we are both STD/STI free. I’m going to make an appointment with my dr for one day this week but is there anything over the counter I can take till then? It’s itching but not enough to want to scratch 24/7 and it’s not red or burning when I pee.
