Is it wrong to warn animal shelters about people?

I'm a huge animal lover. I have pets and they're my babies. There's a girl I know and she doesn't have a great pet history. I'm gonna this and people may not agree. An animal is for life. When you get a pet it should be under the understanding that it's for life and that pet is family. I think rehoming is almost never the answer. I said ALMOST. I understand there are circumstances. However one thing you will not change my mind on is you should not have multiple rehomings. I know people who have rehomed pets 8x. Do people not understand the hurt and depression animals go through when they're rehomed? Rehoming once is one thing. Just learn from it. Having multiple rehomings is unacceptable imo. If you have rehomed a pet 8x you should be banned from getting peys. Stop getting pets. You don't need an animal. It's selfish and if you do this you clearly see animals as an accessory and not family. Go to a cat cafe if you want to be around animals but not the responsibility. This girl not only had rehomed like 15 pets but if she can't find a home for them in her time she will dump them and talks about it and laughed about her dog chasing me the car when she dumped him on the side of the road. Her most recent pet was a puppy that died because she wasn't home enough to feed it so he starved to death and her excuse was she has to work. She was at the animal shelter I volunteer asking for an application. She just killed the last dog she has 2 weeks ago and now she wants another one? I told the animal shelter about her and they blacklisted her and warned other animal shelters.
