Spice up head

How do you ladies spice up giving head? I’ve been seeing a guy for a few months and when giving him head he’s a little rough, which I’m not use to. I wants me to gag on it but I’m soooo afraid to cause I’m scared I might throw up. What’s something else I could do that’s similar?
