I’m scared !!!!

So I met this man and idk he makes me weak to him .. I slept with him too soon 😫 First time was amazing we used protection. Second time we used protection but we had two rounds and somehow it came off inside of me ! I was on top !! He immediately apologized to me because he ejaculated inside of me pretty much and it was a lot !!! He asked me if I wanted kids and I said no . I asked him if I should be worried about getting tested and he said no . He gets it done every 3 months . He insisted I take a morning after pill ASAP ; he even payed for it . So now it been two weeks .. I ovulated four days after taking the pill . My breasts are super tender and my nipples are red with a irritated bed but no burning or itching or puss coming from them and I’ve been icing them or washing them with salt water just in case it’s a little bacteria because his mouth was all over me admist sucking my breasts☺️ But on top of that I’m leaking on myself a lot (clear fluid) vagina started to feel a little weird today so I used a ph balance suppository after checking with my finger and there was white stuff .. but no burning or itching down there either . I assumed it could be a uti but there’s no burning either but I have to pee often . And there’s barely yellow protein visible when I do . My body seems fine and I feel fine . No sore throat or vomiting or rashes on my body . Only felt exhausted after taking the pill for the first two days . Tongue pallet is clean and pink. Could I be pregnant ? Or you think he gave me a std ? Not to mention he took my abstinence of 1 year and two months .. I was bleeding after the first time we did it and then we had sex again a week later and he did not spare me .. 😇
