These aren’t teeth right?

My 9 week old has been EXTREMELY fussy today which is totally outside of her norm. I wouldn’t think she was teething this early but while she’s been crying I saw these little white things popping up on her gums. She’s had them since birth but they look way more prominent today. We do have a family history of early teething. My mom was born with a tooth and I got my first tooth at 3months. But my first born didn’t get teeth until 6 months but had all of her baby teeth by 15 months.
