Bladder Incontinence?

Anyone else dealing with bladder incontinence since delivery? I had a normal vaginal delivery and am 2 days postpartum. I notice I am having a heck of a time doing kegal type squeezing and holding a full bladder (leaking when I stand, sneeze, etc). I used to be able to stop my urine mid stream while using the restroom now I can’t. 😞 will this improve?! I didn’t have this with my previous 2 babies.

Try pelvic floor therapy. Expecting and empowered also has a great workout program made by a physical therapist that focusses on rehabing your pelvic floor and core.

Also stopping and starting peeing is not a great exercise. Your pelvic floor physio therapist will be able to help figure out a regime for you to target your weak areas!

I did too really badly. I would leak when doing all of those things and sometimes even when sitting on the couch. 🤦‍♀️ Mine got better on its own by 2 weeks but I would really recommend trying pelvic floor therapy just in case like others suggested

I would wake to pelvic floor therapy. Having babies wreck our pelvic area.
