I Can Finally Breathe!

Has anyone else gotten out of a long term relationship and felt like weight was finally lifted off your shoulders? I feel bad for feeling this way but our relationship is ending and I’m….pleased? Has anyone ever been happy (assuming the relationship wasn’t a bad one/wasn’t toxic) as their long term relationship ends?

It’s almost like I’m counting down the days for this lease to end and part of me feels bad for feeling this way then the other part of me is allowing me to feel whatever feeling I feel.
