Am I a bitter bitch or would you also hate this

We had orientation at my job today. I'm a school counselor and we had the meeting with the teachers and other staff. We were there so long and they made us do stupid stuff. Example. We had to take off one shoe in the gym and they hid our shoes and we had to find them. Am I just bitter because I hate shit like that. I'm 29. I don't want to play hide and seek with my shoes. Tell me what you want to tell me and let me go home.
