No periods for 9 months since insertion

So first off: DISCLAIMER: I already went to the doctor and she told me every woman is different with how their body gets used to and reacts to the nexplanon. Me not having a period in 9 months IFYKYK not pregnant. I’m a virgin but I’m using this for health and pain reasons. And if I happen to engage in such activities then I’ll be protected but still use condoms for backup. Anyway I feel as if my body is getting used to the implant cause I see a lot of women saying they bleed or have periods but light ones or ones that are heavy. I have been losing my appetite and is anxious and moody , feeling frisky too Also IYKYK THEM HORMONES I SWEAR. I have hypothyroidism also. But I have days where I get cramps , nausea, loose bowels, and back pain as if I’m about to start again. Anyone else feel like this ?
