What to disclose to a partner? ( mental health )

So this might be a little bit different since I am not in a relationship yet but I am looking forward to getting in one soon.

Right now I am completely fine, but I used to go to therapy for PTSD and OCD but I got it all under control now. So I have read that many people suggest sharing these previous downs with the future partner because relationships should be built on trust and transparency, and I completely agree. But I have finally overcame some things that were very very hard on me and speaking about them and opening these matters again might be triggering, especially when it comes to OCD since my therapist suggested that once I open up about this again I might fall into the trap again cause I’ll always want to receive reassurance all the time and I’ll engage in that compulsive behavior again.

So what do you think? Would I be selfish if I decided to prioritize myself and not talk about it to protect myself from falling back into anxiety and obsession??
